Spotlight Terms of Service

Spotlight is a paid placement feature on Livecounts.io that displays your channel, account, or video on the counter pages of the platform you select. It is designed to increase your visibility in front of users who are actively watching real-time stats.

Spotlight provides visibility only. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to increases in:

• Followers or subscribers
• Views, likes, or engagement
• Channel growth or revenue

Results depend entirely on your content and how visitors choose to interact with your profile.

Your Spotlight placement typically goes live within 5–10 minutes of successful payment. In rare cases involving technical issues, activation may take up to 48 hours.

The spotlight duration begins from the time of activation, not the time of payment.

Each Spotlight purchase applies to a single platform. For example:

• A YouTube Spotlight is shown only on YouTube counter pages
• A TikTok Spotlight is shown only on TikTok counter pages

Spotlights are not displayed across multiple platforms or on the homepage. If you want visibility on multiple platforms, you must purchase a separate Spotlight for each.

Due to the immediate and perishable nature of the Spotlight service, all purchases are non-refundable once the placement is activated.

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in cases such as:

• Technical failure on our end that prevents your Spotlight from going live within 48 hours
• Duplicate charges caused by a payment processing error

By purchasing a Spotlight, you confirm that the channel, account, or video you are promoting does not contain illegal, harmful, or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove any Spotlight without refund if it violates this policy.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Spotlight feature constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
