Now you can see the knife fighting techniques step by step and apply them in your training. 👋 Background info on myself: My name is Matei Florin and for the last 13 years I worked as an operator in a police tactical unit and as a PMC (Private Military Contractor) in High Risk Zones, maritime security anti-piracy missions. Six years ago after a lot of training and studies I've created TCS (Tactical Combat System) a modern fighting system that utilize blades and firearms combat tactics. I recommend to you if you want to understand better the concept, to watch other videos from my list that are touching this subject. Combat knife throwing can be used in exceptional situations. Combat knife throwing technique’s can be use in short distance from the target, for creating the time and space to deploy a secondary weapon, to evade or apply other tactics. Why is happening in close distance? Because is very hard to hit a target that has unpredictable movements from a big distance. Combat Knife throwing is not spectacular, the goal is to be efficient. The Hollywood industry was creating a false idea about combat knife throwing. Of course that is existing the probability that the knife throw that you perform in close range can kill the target by the main function is to incapacitated it and create the time and distance that you need to deploy the secondary weapon. Tactical Combat System is using deadly force and is design for life or death situations in which you must protect your life, family or the ones around. A simple example: Paris few years ago, a terrorist enter in a church and begin to stab and kill the people. In this kind of situation you need to eliminate the target for saving the others. The most important thing is to be able to identify a potential threat, than to be fast enough to deploy your weapon in time, and after to be precise in your strike( this is applying also in fire weapons) all this by moving from the x (danger zone). The knife throwing is used only in exceptional situations, multiple attackers and ALWAYS only when you have a secondary weapon to not remain with empty hands.
